There are various ways to earn
You earn by visiting advertisers websites via banner ads, text ads and/or emails
Each paid advertisement carries a different earning value
You don't need referrals to earn but you can earn a certain percentage through your referrals
You do not need to purchase advertising, promote our site or upgrade to earn.
Payments For Random Cash Outs And Cash Prizes
You must be an active member
Your account must be in good standings
You must have accurate information
Members will be paid via PayPal for random cash outs and cash prizes
Contest Rules and Requirements
In order to participate in the contests and random cashouts, you must click at least 100 links a week, or 500 links a month!
You MUST have a paypal account to recieve cash prizes! If you dont have a Paypal account, your cash prizes will be added to you account earnings!
Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create more than 1 account.
Multiple accounts with the same IP adress will be considered fraudulent.
No more than 1 account per person and/or IP adress is allowed.
If you are caught doing so your account will be terminated and you will be banned from the site!
Advertising Terms
The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar,
illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam. We do
not tolerate scams, and will not advertise for them. If the webmistress checks
out your banner, link, etc.... and feels that it may be a scam, the ad, banner,
link etc.... will be deleted without crediting your account. Your account may
also be deleted or suspended at the discretion of the webmistress, with no
refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings.
The website must not contain any frame breakers.
The website must be in English.
The website must not contain or promote any viruses
The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or
confirmation alerts.
The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
If you violate these terms and are deleted, you will receive no refunds on
purchases!
Referral Shifting By Administration
If you are found to be using an external referral builder and cheating or breaking the rules of that program or forum, ADMIN has the right to move referrals to the proper member's downline. And you will be banned from the usage of Yaquina!
Email Requirements
Any member who does not receive their verification email within 30 minutes is most likely using an email server that blocks SPAM. You should use the Contact page if you need help.
If you use an autoresponder, you will be suspended until you fix it. If your email bounces you will be suspended or deleted, depending on how many times it has happened and your willingness to fix it. This is decided at the discretion of the Webmistress.
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Your NAME must be on your account at this site. Full Name, first and last, is required and it must match the PayPal account that you are sending payments with.
Your username is not an acceptable name on your account.
Your country MUST match your IP. If it does not match, your account will be deleted and you will be banned!
Cheating
WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE for CHEATERS &/OR CHEATING!
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat.
If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the
right to forfeit all earnings and ban the user from Yaquina!
Cheating would include any of the following
Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
Numerous Failed Logins (If you can't login - Please contact me!)
Numerous Failed Cheat Tests (5 or more results in account deletion!)
Multiple sign-ups
Providing false information either to gain referrals or to cheat this program
Spamming
Cheaters are deleted on a daily basis!
Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information
Upon joining, you agree to receive periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing, newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication
Failure to comply to this will result in immediate termination of your account
Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately
and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable
for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident!
Active & Inactive Members
Definition of an Active Member
An Active member logs in to their account at least four times a month
Clicks the advertisers paid ads, banner ads, text ads
Participates in the programs activity, such as contests
Provided accurate profile information
Definition of an In-Active Member
An In-Active member does not login at least four times a month
Does not click the advertisers paid ads, banner ads, text ads
In-Active accounts are deleted on a daily basis regardless of balance or membership level
Delete Your Membership
You always have the option to cancel your membership at any time
You can cancel your membership in your profile section
If you cancel your membership, you will loose all earnings
Relationship of the Parties
You and this program are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you this program. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program
Limitation of Liability
This Program will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising
out of or related to this Agreement.
Subject to Change
The terms in this agreement are subject to change
Changes to these terms are usually done to provide a stable program
An email will be sent out regarding any changes
If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be deleted.
